PEIGI HANSON
After growing her skill and experience as a hair stylist at a large salon and then co-owning a small salon in old downtown Dublin, Peigi Hanson and her husband, Eric decided it was time to open their own hair salon and day spa. In 1996, their dream came to life in The Spa at River Ridge. From the beginning, Peigi and Eric have aspired to create a family-oriented space that felt like home, yet provided professional, caring and cutting-edge services all in one location. Guests have often commented how the staff and setting of The Spa have a very cohesive, personal feel, which makes owners Peigi and Eric proud to see their vision fulfilled.
Peigi is very passionate about her work and her commitment to the guests and employees of The Spa. By far the best part of the experience she has had in the cosmetology industry is the people. She says, “I love being able to share each other's lives and make people feel better about themselves. I recognize how people come in to my life when I most need them to. Every person I encounter has been brought to me for some reason at whatever point I am in, whether it is me helping them in some unknown way, or them helping me. It amazes me every day."
Peigi is inspired by her husband, Eric for his wisdom and balance, and her children, Ellie, Clayton and Angie for their love and joy of life.

At The Spa at River Ridge, we value our community and aim to support it each year by making donations to various causes and organizations. Instead of spending thousands of dollars on advertising each year, we rely upon word-of-mouth referrals, and then use those saved dollars to help out our community! In 2025, The Spa at River Ridge donated over $35,000!
