Company Background/Overview
Urban Oasis, dba "The Spa at River Ridge" began on November 1, 1996. It was started by my husband and I (Eric and Peigi Fisher-Hanson).
We have three facial rooms, two massage rooms, three manicure stations, three pedicure stations, and 13 hair stations.
Policies
- Gift Certificates are available for purchase at the front desk and are available for
any combination of services or dollar amount.
- While we do welcome children who have appointments, we do not have the facilities to
accommodate children who do not have an appointment. With the need for peace and
quiet in our spa, and salon, if you have a child with you that does not have an
appointment, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.
- When requesting a specific service professional, please remember that we will do our best to
accommodate your scheduling needs, but appointments will be subject to their
availability.
- If you are unable to make your appointment on time, please call us
and we will reschedule you for the next available time, or shorten your service
if possible.
- If notification of cancellation of an appointment is not received
within 24 hours, a charge will be incurred.
- If you arrive 15 or more minutes late to your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule so we are able to stay
on time for the other clients.
- If you are having a chemical service done on your hair and are wearing something you do not want to risk being ruined, please
change into a smock. Lockers are provided upon request, however we are not
responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings.
- Although we stand behind our work, no cash refunds are given on services.
- For the courtesy of other guests, please refrain from using cell phones inside The Spa at River Ridge.
Prices and availability are subject to change. Sales tax added to
all nail, facial and massage services at check out.
