Junior Designer - All Junior Designers have completed at least six months of apprenticeship with an Artistic Director.

Designer - All Designers have completed at least one year of advanced training at the Spa in addition to their tenor at cosmetology school and continue to attend advanced education courses at the Spa.

Senior Designer - All Senior Designers have worked
“behind the chair” for a minimum of two years and attend at least one week of advanced training per year. Senior Designers assist in training and education within the Spa.

Artistic Designer - All Artistic Designers have achieved a set standard of client retention, attend training a minimum of two weeks per year and train new hair designers at the Spa.

Artistic Director - The Artistic Directors work in managing and educating the hair department. They have extensive training and continue to attend classes throughout the year.
