We are pleased to offer two levels of Licensed Massage Therapists, LMT and Senior LMT.

Swedish Massage: Utilizes soft tissue manipulation of muscles to improve muscle tone and stimulate circulation. Helps to reduce muscular tightness and relieve body tension.

Deep Tissue: Helps prevent or rehabilitate injuries. Great for those who love deep pressure.

Stone Therapy: The use of essential oils and hot stones, allows for a deeper and less fatiguing method of softening overworked muscles. Very gentle, relaxing massage.

Post-Sport Massage: Performed after the event, to release toxins and restore muscle strength quicker. Problem areas or whole body can be focused on.

CHILDBIRTH AND PREGNANCY MASSAGES
Pregnancy Massage: Customized massage by trimester that includes special attention to problem areas, aches or pains.

Special help for your recovering body after the baby arrives.

Infant or Toddler Massage: 
A wonderful way to soothe and relax your little one through the use of massage techniques. Especially helpful for relief of colic, abdominal distress, congestion and those who find it difficult to relax at bedtime.
