When requesting a specific service professional, please remember that we will do our best to accommodate your scheduling needs, but appointments are subject to their availability.
If you are unable to make your appointment within 15 minutes of your scheduled time, we retain the option to reschedule you for the next available time, or shorten your service if possible.
If you are having a chemical service done on your hair and are wearing something you do not want to risk being ruined, please change into a smock. Lockers are provided upon request, however, we are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
Although we stand behind our work, no cash refunds are given for services. Chemical services are guaranteed up to two weeks. We regret that we cannot guarantee permanent waves on children under the age of 12.
All unopened products returned within 30 days of purchase will be exchanged for store credit. Opened products, excluding makeup, will be exchanged for store credit if returned within two weeks.
For the comfort of all our guests, please silence cell phones and pagers while visiting the Spa.
Sales tax is added to all nail, facial & massage services at the time of check out.
Please give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
SPA PACKAGES & POLICIES
For groups of three or more, a minimum of two weeks notice is needed for scheduling purposes. While every effort will be made to schedule all services requested, there may be times when a technician or service is unavailable. If you would like help in selecting services, feel free to ask any member of The Spa at River Ridge team. Gift Cards and Spa packages are available by phone, Internet, or in person.
Prices and availability are subject to change. Gift Cards are available through our front desk and are available for any combination of services or dollar amount. Gift Cards must be present at the time of transaction and we are unable to make exceptions. The Spa at River Ridge is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards. Gift cards expire two years from the date it was purchased.
GROUP / PARTY POLICIES
We require all groups/parties to be held with a credit card. For parties of three or more, a five day notification of cancellation. Cancellation or failure to arrive for booked services may result in a fee charged to the credit card on record.
CHILDREN POLICY
While we do welcome children who have appointments, we do not have the facilities to accommodate children who do not have an appointment. With the need for safety as well as peace and quiet, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment if you have a child with you that does not have an appointment.
