At The Spa at River Ridge, we do our best to accommodate everyone's busy schedules! 

 

We understand that life can be unpredictable, so if you are running late, please call 614-766-9946 to make our team aware. We will do our best to accommodate the scheduled services, however, if you're running more than 10 minutes late, your appointment is subject to change at the service provider's discretion. We always want to provide you and our other guests with our best services, so adequate time is required. 

 

The Spa at River Ridge kindly asks for 24 hour notice for any appointment change or cancellation. When late cancellations or no-shows occur, it takes up a large block of time on our service providers' schedules that impacts their income and prevents other guests from being able to schedule. When an appointment is no-showed or cancelled with less than 24 hour notice, we reserve the right to charge a fee up to 100% of the scheduled service. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call our Spa Coordinator team at 614-766-9946. If it is after business hours, please leave a message and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
