Responsibly reopened on May 15, 2020!

 

Our number one goal in reopening The Spa at River Ridge is to keep our Spa Family and loved ones safe and healthy. We have been and will continue to go above and beyond the Governor's list of rules and regulations.

 

We beg you to not come in if you have been exposed to (in close contact with) someone that had COVID-19 within the two weeks prior to you coming in to The Spa. If you are feeling ill or have a fever, please cancel your appointment. We promise to get you in as soon as you are feeling better.

 

What you can expect:

  • After parking, please call 614-766-9946 to let us know you have arrived. 

  • Upon entering The Spa, please stop at our Wellness Check station in the lobby to have your temperature taken and a quick wellness assessment conducted. This will be done for both staff and guests.

  • Guests that arrive more than 10 minutes late may be required to reschedule due to our stringent sanitation regulation between guests.

  • All staff will be wearing masks and we are requiring our guests to wear masks as well. Given our close proximity during appointments, this is a must.

  • Personal belongings should be kept to a minimum. We cannot store your items in a cabinet or closet during services.

  • Please hang your coat on one of our coat racks located in the stairwell and 1st floor main hallway. 

  • The only people allowed in The Spa are guests with appointments. If there is a child with an appointment that is too young to come in alone, one caregiver can accompany them. If anyone else has a caregiver that must stay with them, they will also be permitted. But if possible, it would be best for caregivers to wait in the car.

  • We are blessed with the space God has given us which allows us to be able to work well within the rules of social distancing. But as an extra level of protection, plexiglass barriers have been setup at the front desks, manicure and pedicure stations and shampoo bowl areas to keep everyone safe.

  • Our typical level of pampering (stocked beverage stations, chocolates, mints, magazines, etc) is on hold right now. We hope for their return very soon!

  • If you are high-risk--anyone who is immunocompromised, has underlying health conditions, is pregnant or over 60 years of age--please let us know so we can make special accommodations for you. Additionally, we will continue to offer our Take Home Color Kits for guests that are high-risk. Stay home and stay safe!

  • We have sanitizing stations setup throughout The Spa and at each front desk.

  • Like always, The Spa is professionally deep cleaned throughout the week, but in addition, we will be sanitizing high-contact surfaces every hour.
